Refund policy

1) Returns by collection type

Because Dogma products are offered through different release models, return eligibility may vary.

Chapter Editions
Chapter releases, deposit-based orders, limited runs, and release-specific allocations may be final sale unless otherwise stated on the product page or required by applicable law.

Arc
Arc pieces may be eligible for return if the relevant product page or order terms state a return window. Returned items must be unused, complete, and in original condition.

Prologue
Return eligibility for Prologue models is stated on the relevant product page and may vary by release.

Atelier
Atelier commissions, bespoke work, and one-of-one pieces are generally non-returnable once production has begun.

2) Return conditions

Where returns are accepted, the watch must be returned:

  • in unworn or original condition
  • with all original packaging, accessories, and documentation
  • without signs of misuse, damage, or alteration
  • within the return window stated for that product or order

Dogma reserves the right to refuse a return that does not meet these conditions.

3) Damaged, incorrect, or incomplete orders

If your package arrives visibly damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, contact Dogma promptly after delivery.

Please include:

  • your order number
  • a description of the issue
  • photographs of the package, contents, and shipping label where relevant

Dogma will review the issue and advise on the next step.

4) How to request a return

Do not send a return without contacting Dogma first.

To request a return, contact Dogma with:

  • your name and order number
  • the watch model and reference
  • the reason for the return
  • photographs if the request involves damage or a defect

If the return is approved, Dogma will provide the appropriate return instructions.

5) Delivery estimates and communication

Dogma publishes the most honest delivery estimate possible. Watchmaking involves supplier coordination, inspection, assembly, and quality-control steps that do not respond well to shortcuts.

If a delivery timeline changes, Dogma will communicate the update as clearly as possible, including what changed and the revised expected range.
