Dogma products may be offered in small batches, limited editions, waitlists, future-delivery structures, or ongoing small-batch production. Availability, specifications, pricing, and timing may change without notice.

We make every effort to present our products, finishes, colors, materials, and descriptions accurately. However, actual appearance may vary depending on photography, screens, rendering, and production variation.

We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, decline orders, or revise product details at any time.

3. Orders and acceptance
An order placed through this site does not automatically guarantee acceptance. We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order at our discretion, including in cases involving suspected fraud, automation, resale abuse, policy circumvention, pricing error, inventory conflict, or other good-faith operational concerns.

For limited releases, reservations, allocations, deposits, and future-delivery orders, additional release-specific terms may apply. Those terms will govern the transaction in addition to these Terms of Service.

4. Pricing and payment
All prices are listed in the currency shown on the site unless otherwise stated. Taxes, duties, shipping charges, and carrier fees may apply depending on destination and are the responsibility of the customer unless explicitly stated otherwise.

We reserve the right to correct pricing, typographical, or system errors at any time, including after an order has been placed. If payment has already been captured for an order that cannot be fulfilled under the corrected terms, we will notify you and issue a refund where appropriate.

5. Shipping, delivery, and timing
Shipping estimates, release timing, and delivery ranges are provided in good faith but are not guarantees unless explicitly stated otherwise. Watchmaking, small-batch production, procurement, assembly, and quality control may require timeline adjustments.

Dogma is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs authorities, suppliers, force majeure events, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Risk of loss and title transfer in accordance with applicable law and the shipping method used at checkout.

6. Returns, refunds, and service
Returns, refunds, cancellations, warranty coverage, and service are governed by the applicable policies posted on this site, including our Shipping & Returns policy, Warranty & Care guidance, Buying Rules, and any release-specific terms. In the event of a conflict, the more specific policy applicable to the product or transaction will govern.

7. Collector’s Club and purchase options
If you purchase a membership, subscription-like product, pre-order, deposit-based allocation, or other purchase option, additional terms may apply, including renewal terms, cancellation rules, non-refundable payments, continuity requirements, and benefit eligibility limits. These are described in the applicable product page, membership page, policy page, or confirmation materials.

8. Commissions and atelier work
Commission inquiries, reservations, atelier projects, and bespoke work are subject to separate review, approval, scope definition, pricing, lead-time assessment, and production acceptance. Submission of an inquiry does not guarantee acceptance of a commission.

Where a commission is accepted, the applicable quoted scope, payment structure, and project terms will govern that work in addition to these Terms of Service.

9. Accuracy of account and contact information
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all orders and submissions. You agree to update your information promptly so we can complete transactions and contact you as needed.

10. Intellectual property
All content on this site, including text, photography, graphics, renders, layouts, trademarks, logos, product names, visual identity, and original designs, is the property of Dogma or its licensors and may not be used, reproduced, copied, distributed, modified, or exploited without prior written permission.

11. Optional tools, links, and third-party services
We may provide access to third-party tools, integrations, links, payment providers, form services, or platforms. We do not control these services and provide access to them “as is” without warranties or endorsements beyond what is required by law.

Your use of third-party services is at your own risk and subject to the provider’s own terms and policies.
