Shipping policy
1) Processing and dispatch
Chapter Editions
Chapter releases may involve a waitlist, reservation phase, deposit-confirmed order, or scheduled production batch. Estimated delivery timing is published for each release, and dispatch begins only after production, inspection, and final preparation are complete.
Arc
Arc pieces that are in stock typically ship within the handling window stated at checkout or on the product page. Small-batch restocks may require additional lead time.
Prologue
Prologue timing varies by model and release structure. Estimated delivery timing is stated on the relevant product page.
Atelier prototypes
Atelier is Dogma’s collection of studio prototypes. Ready-to-ship prototypes follow the handling and dispatch window stated on the product page or at checkout.
Private Commissions and Reference Reserve
Fully bespoke Private Commissions and Reference Reserve projects follow the timeline defined in their separately accepted commission agreement.
2) Shipping methods and insurance
Dogma ships insured where available. Once an order leaves the studio, the customer receives shipment confirmation and tracking details.
Depending on destination, value, and release type, Dogma may require:
- signature confirmation
- adult signature on delivery
- verified billing and shipping details
- additional confirmation for first-time customers or high-value orders
3) International shipping, duties, and taxes
Dogma intends to ship internationally where practical and legally supported. Availability may vary by destination and by release.
Unless otherwise stated, prices do not include local import duties, VAT, GST, customs fees, or similar charges outside the destination country. These charges, when applicable, are typically collected by the carrier or local customs authority.
Dogma cannot control duties, taxes, or customs handling charged by your country.
4) Address accuracy and failed delivery
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping and contact information at checkout.
If a shipment is returned due to an incomplete address, refusal, failed delivery, or repeated unsuccessful delivery attempts, Dogma may require additional shipping charges before resending the package.
Dogma is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing, carrier disruptions, weather events, or incorrect shipping details provided by the customer.
Return and refund policy
Updated October 11, 2026. These terms apply to new orders placed after this update. Previously accepted order terms and mandatory consumer rights remain protected.
Ready-to-ship Atelier prototypes
You may request a return within 14 calendar days of delivery. The watch must be unworn, unaltered and complete, with its original packaging, straps, accessories and documentation. No restocking fee applies.
Contact Dogma with your order number before sending the watch. We will provide return instructions. Send an authorized return within 14 calendar days of receiving those instructions, using an insured, tracked service. The buyer pays return shipping for a change-of-mind return.
After receipt and inspection, approved returns are refunded to the original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or payment provider may need additional time to post the refund. Original outbound shipping charges are not refunded for change-of-mind returns unless required by law. No deduction is made from the watch price for restocking.
Damaged, defective or incorrect orders
Contact Dogma promptly with the order number, a description and photographs where helpful. These requests are handled separately from change-of-mind returns. Dogma will arrange the appropriate remedy and required return instructions; applicable consumer rights and published warranty coverage are unaffected.
Other stock watches and future releases
The return terms for Arc and other production releases will be published on the product page before ordering opens. The 14-day Atelier prototype policy is not a blanket policy for every Dogma product.
Commissions and personalized work
Bespoke commissions follow their separately accepted commission agreement. Any exception to change-of-mind returns for personalized or engraved work must be disclosed and accepted before that work begins. Such exceptions do not remove rights relating to defects or incorrect fulfillment.
Deposits and cancellations
Release-deposit cancellation terms are set out in our Cancellation policy. A free interest-list signup is not an order, reservation or paid allocation.
