Shipping & Returns
Read Dogma shipping, delivery, exchange, and returns policies for watches, commissions, straps, and accessories.
Dogma ships in small volumes and with release-specific timing. Because availability, production method, and fulfillment structure may differ across Monograph, Arc, Prologue, Interludes, and Atelier prototypes, shipping and return terms can vary by collection and by release.
The applicable timing and return status for each watch are stated on its product page and in the relevant order documentation.
1) Shipping readiness and timing
Monograph / Interludes / Prologue
Many releases begin with a waitlist, then open through a reservation window. Shipping timing is confirmed before orders open and may be refined as production, assembly, and final quality control are scheduled.
Arc
Arc references may be available from stock in small batches. When an Arc watch is listed as available, it typically ships after final inspection and packaging.
Atelier (limited prototypes)
Atelier pieces are released in very small quantities and are usually offered as ready-to-ship prototypes or small studies. Some references may be one-of-one; others may be individually numbered examples within a study series.
If a piece requires any additional inspection or preparation before shipment, Dogma will contact the buyer directly.
2) Shipping methods, insurance, and tracking
Dogma ships insured where available and provides tracking once an order leaves the studio. Shipping methods, carriers, and destination options are shown at checkout (or confirmed at reservation completion if a release uses deposits).
For high-value shipments, Dogma may require signature confirmation.
3) International duties and taxes
For international orders, customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or local charges may apply and are the responsibility of the buyer.
Dogma cannot control the assessment or collection of duties by your country.
4) Returns and exchanges
Because Dogma watches are produced in limited runs and often allocated through release windows, return and exchange eligibility may vary by release.
Unless otherwise stated on the product page or required by applicable law:
- limited releases may be final sale once allocation is confirmed
- straps and accessories may be eligible for return in new, unused condition within the stated window
- shipping charges may be non-refundable
If a return is allowed for a specific product, the requirements and time window will be stated clearly in the order documentation.
5) Damaged shipments and delivery issues
If a package arrives damaged, contact Dogma within 48 hours of delivery with:
- photos of the box and packaging
- photos of the item
- your order number
Do not discard packaging until Dogma confirms next steps.
